Foundation Purpose

The Global Food and Nutrition Research Institute, established September 1, 1971, seeks for solutions to improve dietary life and health problems by investigating regional variation in food and nutritional status. The primary vision and guiding principal for the Global Food and Nutrition Research Institute are understanding states of food and nutrition around the world, seeking for solution of food and nutrition problem, studying to improve dietary life and cooperating with international food and nutrition-related organizations.
